What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no strict minimum, but bulk discount tiers begin at 20 pieces. For bespoke commissions we recommend at least 20 pieces to amortise the design fee.

What is the typical turnaround time?

Production starts within 48 hours of approval. UK shipping is typically 3–5 business days after production. Bespoke design drafts arrive within 5 business days.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Our standard shop is UK-only. For international orders, use the Overseas Quote form linked from checkout — we'll come back with a shipping cost and ETA.
