Welcome to MotoWear. By browsing or purchasing from MotoWear.co.uk you agree to the following terms. 1. ORDERS & PAYMENT All prices are in GBP and inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via Stripe. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. 2. SHIPPING Standard shipping is UK-only. Free over £65, otherwise £4.99 flat. Production starts within 48 hours; UK delivery is typically 3–5 business days. International buyers can request a quote via /overseas-quote. 3. RETURNS Unworn stock items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Custom and bespoke orders are non-returnable unless faulty. See the FAQ for instructions. 4. CUSTOM & BESPOKE By submitting artwork you confirm you own (or have permission to use) all copyrights. MotoWear may decline briefs at its discretion. Bespoke design fees are billed once concepts are delivered, regardless of approval. 5. DISCOUNTS, PROMO CODES & REWARDS Only ONE discount code may be applied per order. At checkout the site automatically suggests the best available code in your account; you can switch to any other valid code from the same order screen but only one will be honoured. Promo codes CANNOT be combined with the 3-T-shirt bundle offer or any other multi-buy bundle — pick the bundle OR the code, whichever gives the better total. THE 3-T-SHIRT MULTI-BUY BUNDLE OFFER IS LIMITED TO STANDARD T-SHIRTS ONLY — T-shirts that belong to the 'Moto Exclusive' collection (and any other capsule explicitly marked as 'exclusive' on its product card) are EXCLUDED from the multi-buy bundle and cannot count toward the 3-for offer regardless of how many you add to the basket. All arcade-won discounts (the codes you earn by playing the in-site arcade or breaking the secret codebreaker) and any milestone or share-back rewards are: (a) single-use, (b) non-transferable, (c) tied to the account they were issued to, and (d) subject to a 30-day expiry unless stated otherwise. Million-Game-milestone awards (2 free t-shirts) expire 90 days after issue and similarly EXCLUDE Moto Exclusive collection items — free-t-shirt rewards may only be applied to standard collection garments. Expired codes cannot be reinstated. Black Friday, Christmas Sale and January Sale promotional pricing applies only during the dates published in the admin-managed sale window and stacks with nothing else (no bundles, no promo codes, no club discounts) — it replaces the line price directly. If two seasonal sales overlap, the larger discount automatically wins per product. Charity chip-in donations are non-refundable and added on top of the order total regardless of any code applied. 6. STUDIO LOYALTY POINTS PROGRAMME Every signed-in customer earns Studio Points automatically on every paid order. The earn rate, redemption rate and points-milestone reward ladder are: • Earn: 25 points per £1 of subtotal-after-bundles (the basket value once any bundle discount is applied; excludes shipping, charity chip-ins, points already redeemed, and the value of items paid for using a free-item code). There is no cap — points accumulate forever. • Redeem cashback: 1,000 points = £1 off any basket. The minimum redemption is 1,000 points and the maximum is capped at the basket value (you can't push a cart negative). Points apply AFTER promo codes and bundles, BEFORE shipping and charity. • Quick Redeem: 5,000 points = a single-use 15% off code valid for 60 days. Burns 5,000 from your balance immediately. Stacks with bundles and seasonal sales subject to the rules above. • Points-milestone reward ladder. The following one-shot rewards become CLAIMABLE the moment your lifetime points cross each threshold. Claiming is manual — head to your Account page and press 'Claim'. You can claim at any time after the threshold is reached, or skip a tier and keep collecting toward the next one. Claiming a tier does NOT deduct points — your lifetime balance keeps growing. – 7,000 points: 30% off your next basket (60-day single-use code). – 15,000 points: one free t-shirt from the standard collection (120-day single-use code; Moto Exclusive items are not eligible). – 25,000 points: 40% off your next basket AND one free t-shirt from the standard collection (180-day single-use codes; free-t-shirt portion excludes Moto Exclusive items). Each tier unlocks only once per customer. Reward codes cannot be combined with each other, with multi-buy bundles, or with active seasonal sales — but they CAN be used alongside redeemed Studio Points (the points still apply on the discounted total). • Points expire 24 months after issue if the account is inactive. Tier reward codes expire on the date printed in the claim email. Expired points and codes cannot be reinstated. • Points are non-transferable, hold no cash value outside the site, and can be cancelled if the underlying order is refunded or charged back. 7. POSTAGE & LARGE ORDERS Standard UK shipping is £4.99, free over £65. For orders with more than 20 units (combined across the basket) we'll provide a custom shipping quote — use the 'Request shipping quote' button at checkout and we'll come back to you within 1 business day with a final total before any payment is taken. 8. ACCOUNT & SECURITY You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Notify us at service@motowear.co.uk if you suspect any unauthorised use. 9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All designs, photography, and copy on MotoWear.co.uk are © MotoWear Studio Ltd. unless otherwise stated. 10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the extent permitted by law, MotoWear's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory rights as a UK consumer. 11. CHANGES We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to registered customers. Continued use of the site after changes go live constitutes acceptance. 12. CODEBREAKER GAME MotoWear runs a permanent, no-purchase-required treasure hunt called Codebreaker. A six-letter code is hidden in plain sight somewhere on this site — fragments may live in copy, page metadata, image alt text, or the corners of pages you don't visit every day. Find it by scouring the site: the homepage, the shop, the journal, the about/contact pages, the terms and policy pages — every public page is fair game. We will never tell you which page the code is on, nor will we tell you HOW to enter the code once you have it; discovering the entry method is part of the puzzle. One redemption per registered account. The reward is a single-use 25% off code valid for 30 days after issue. Use of automated scrapers, bots, browser extensions designed to grep the DOM, or any inspection of compiled source/network responses is prohibited and will void any reward issued under such activity. We may rotate the code or change the entry method at any time without notice. The Codebreaker game is run separately from the in-page Arcade leaderboard and from the Studio Points loyalty programme — winnings do not stack with active sales or multi-buy bundles, but may stack with redeemed Studio Points. 13. GIFT CARDS Gift cards purchased via MotoWear (denominations £5 – £500, custom amounts also accepted) are delivered electronically to the recipient email address you provide at checkout. We display your typed email and require you to retype it and tick a confirmation box BEFORE any payment is taken so you can verify the destination. • Bearer instrument: whoever holds the code may redeem it. KEEP THE CODE PRIVATE — treat it like cash. We cannot replace cards lost, leaked, screenshot-shared, or sent to the wrong address. • Wrong address / typo: If you typed the recipient email incorrectly and confirmed it through the duplicate-entry and the liability checkbox, MotoWear holds NO LIABILITY for delivery to the wrong inbox. We cannot cancel, refund or reissue a delivered card. Please verify the address carefully before purchase. • Validity: 100 years from issue date. • Redemption: enter the code in the cart or checkout 'Gift card' field. Balance is applied to the FINAL total (after promos, points, shipping and charity chip-ins). Any unused balance remains on the card for future orders. • Stacking: gift cards stack with promo codes, bundles, seasonal sales and Studio Points. They do not earn additional loyalty points on the portion paid by gift card. • Scheduled delivery: at purchase time you may choose to deliver the card later — any future date up to 12 months. Funds are charged immediately at checkout; the card is provisioned in our system the moment payment clears, but the delivery email is held back until the chosen day. We are not responsible for inbox-deliverability delays caused by the recipient's email provider. • Non-refundable: gift card purchases are non-refundable except where required by UK consumer law. Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. • Disabled / fraud: We may disable any card we reasonably believe has been obtained or distributed through fraud, chargeback, or breach of these terms. Remaining balance on a disabled card is forfeit. 14. MOTO CLUB SUBSCRIPTIONS Monthly Moto Club plans (currently 'One Drop' at £12.99/month for 1 T-shirt, and 'Double Drop' at £22.00/month for 2 T-shirts; prices may be adjusted in future drops with notice) are billed via Stripe Checkout. Members may pick designs each month via the Member Planner up to the 25th of the previous month — picks placed after the 25th roll over to the following month. • First-order welcome rate: every customer's FIRST EVER paid Moto Club subscription is charged at the published 'first-order' price (currently £6.99 for One Drop, £12.00 for Double Drop). Cancelling and resubscribing does NOT make you eligible for a second welcome rate — the discount is per-customer-lifetime, not per-subscription. Subsequent billing cycles run at the standard monthly price. • Cancellation: members may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle; any month already paid for ships as scheduled. • Moto Exclusive items in the Planner: where members are allowed to pick from past or member-only drops, eligibility is published on each capsule's product card. • Member shipping perk: while a member's subscription is ACTIVE, UK postage is reduced. The MONTHLY DROP itself (the t-shirt scheduled through the Planner) ships FREE — baked into the subscription price, no postcode surcharges. For separate purchases through the regular shop checkout: t-shirt-only baskets ship for £2.50, and any basket containing an accessory (or any non-t-shirt product) ships for £3.00. The £65+ free-shipping threshold and any product-level 'free shipping' flag still take precedence. The perk is automatic — no code required — and ends immediately if the subscription lapses, cancels, or fails to renew. 15. SMS MARKETING Customers may opt-in to MotoWear marketing SMS from their Account page by providing a UK mobile and ticking the explicit consent box. We use the opt-in audience for both transactional updates (e.g. order-shipped notifications) and promotional broadcasts. • Welcome bonus: every customer's FIRST EVER opt-in (per-lifetime) unlocks a one-off 15% discount code, valid for 30 days. The code is single-use, automatically credited to the customer's account, and delivered both by SMS and email. The discount stacks per the usual promo-code rules in section 5 (one code per order; not combinable with multi-buy bundles). Opting back in after opting out does NOT re-issue the welcome code. • Audience targeting: marketing broadcasts may be sent to ALL opted-in customers OR to a specific segment (high-value customers, lapsed customers who haven't bought in 60+ days, recent purchasers, sign-ups who haven't yet ordered, or active Moto Club members). Segments are computed from your order history and account activity — we never share or sell phone numbers to third parties. • STOP keyword: every marketing SMS includes 'Reply STOP to opt out.' — replying STOP immediately removes your number from the opted-in audience for all future broadcasts. Transactional service messages (order updates) may still be sent. • Promo codes in SMS: marketing SMS may include single-use or limited-use promo codes. The code, savings amount and expiry are stated in the SMS body. Standard discount-stacking rules in section 5 apply. • Network charges: standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier may apply; we never charge you to receive an SMS. 16. TAX & ACCOUNTING RECORDS Every paid order is recorded against our internal financial ledger for HMRC tax compliance (income, charity pass-throughs, and where applicable Corporation Tax / VAT). Paid order records are retained for 7 years as required by UK law. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time via the rights described in our Privacy Policy. 17. ACCESSIBILITY MotoWear is committed to making the storefront usable for everyone. The site offers a built-in accessibility toolbar (top-right cog icon on every page) with toggles for: larger text, high-contrast mode, reduced motion, increased focus outlines, and a 'skip to main content' link for keyboard and screen-reader users. We follow WCAG 2.2 AA as a baseline target — please email service@motowear.co.uk if you encounter any barrier so we can fix it. 18. REFER A FRIEND Every signed-in customer has a personal referral code (visible on the Account page) which produces a shareable link like motowear.co.uk/?ref=YOURCODE. • Referred friend's reward — issued IMMEDIATELY: as soon as a brand-new visitor lands via your link AND creates an account (or applies your code at checkout), they are issued a single-use 15% off promo code worth on their first MotoWear order. It is valid for 28 days from the date of issue. • Referrer's reward — issued ON COMPLETED PURCHASE: the moment your referred friend successfully completes their first paid order (post-Stripe payment confirmation), we automatically email YOU a separate single-use 15% off promo code, also valid for 28 days from issue. • Eligibility: referrals only apply to brand-new customers (no prior paid order on file) and the link must be applied BEFORE their first paid order. You cannot refer yourself. Friends already linked to another referrer cannot be re-linked. • Stacking: both referral codes follow the usual promo rules in section 5 — one promo code per order, single-use, not combinable with Moto Exclusive or active multi-buy bundles. • Abuse: we reserve the right to void referral codes obtained through fraudulent self-referral, sock-puppet accounts, public posting of codes intended for a specific friend, or any activity that breaches these terms. • Programme changes: we may revise the discount percentage, expiry window or eligibility at any time.
