Designs created via Describe Your Tee are intended for personal use on apparel printed by MotoWear. We don't grant commercial reproduction rights for AI-generated graphics — if you need commercial licensing, request a bespoke commission instead.

Selection window closes on the last day of each calendar month. Your parcel ships within 5 business days after that — typically arriving in the first week of the new month.

Yes — pause for any month from your Account → Subscriptions. Cancel anytime; you keep access through the current paid month. Cancellations stop the next renewal.

Trade Accounts are for clubs, societies, businesses, and event organisers who order regularly in bulk. Approved trade accounts unlock an enhanced discount ladder (10% / 15% / 22.5% / 30% at 25 / 50 / 100 / 250 units) plus priority production turn-around.

How do I find the right size?

Every product page has a Fit Panel with exact pit-to-pit and collar-to-hem measurements in both centimetres and inches. We also list the height and size worn by the model. If you're between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit.

Inside out, cold (30°C max), gentle cycle. Tumble-dry low or hang to dry. Iron inside out only. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners — they degrade the DTF print over time.

Standard tees are 220gsm premium ringspun combed cotton. Hoodies are 400gsm heavyweight brushed cotton/poly blend. All garments are pre-shrunk to minimise post-wash shrinkage.

We exclusively use DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing on every garment — tees, hoodies, sweats, caps, tote bags. DTF gives photo-grade colour reproduction, stretches with the fabric, has no minimum order, and lasts 50+ washes. For hard goods (mugs, water bottles, keyrings, phone cases) we use precision laser engraving for a permanent finish.
